Advancing CX Capabilities Across DHS
Customer Experience (CX) is the public’s perception (i.e., the “customer”) of how well government delivers services and accomplishes its mission. For the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), CX has been a focus for years, but recently there’s been a concerted effort to build CX capabilities and formalize CX functions across the eight operational components of DHS, supported by the DHS Customer Experience Directorate, established in 2023.
